Just like with Daniel Tiger’s teachable moments, my daughter and I will sing songs from Esme and Roy to reduce any acrimony.

Apparently, she is now into getting scared. Lots of screams where some scenes build tension. These are not horror films. The violence is low-key if even present. The threat of a protagonist being in jeopardy seems to be something that she delightfully anticipates with screams and shrieks.
Show Scorecard: Toddler v. Momma
Shows with 3.5 and 3.75 have a bit more music, action or characters that she finds engaging. She may interact with what she sees on these programs: singing, laughing, shrieking, alerting. These characters and shows are not discussed beyond the viewing time, but tend to be appreciated when they appear.
Why Bother: An Introduction
I HATE this show! There’s a lot of content that just flows like air right past and through her, but the fact that she has retained content from this program and repeats it drives me bonkers.
